The work principle of tube-sheet heat exchanger

Tube-sheet heat exchanger is made of thin metal plate pressed into a certain corrugated shape of the heat exchanger plate, and then stacked, with plywood, bolts made of fasteners. A thin rectangular channel which heat exchange takes place is formed between the various plates. The working fluid flows through narrow, tortuous channels formed between the two plates. The hot and cold fluid flow through the flow channel in sequence, with a spacer plate in the middle separating the fluid and exchanging heat through the plate.
