2). Be sure to check that the cooling water is turned on before opening the fermentation tank and that the temperature probe has been inserted into the tank. Otherwise, the heating circuit will be burnt out.

3). During the fermentation process, the workbench must be kept clean. The used culture bottles and other items should be cleaned in time. The spilled acid or alkali solution or water should be wiped off immediately.

4). Special precautions must be taken when installing, disassembling and sterilizing tanks, which are delicate and expensive parts of pH electrodes and tanks.
